Watch the ‘Creative Approaches to Peer Work’ webinar
In this webinar session titled Creative Approaches to Peer Work, we hear from Lived Experience practitioners who incorporate arts-based tools and creative expression into their peer work — they share their practices and reflect on the value of creative approaches to peer work for those they work with and for themselves.
Reminding ourselves how we people together: beyond talking.
SPLEWDI guiding coalition member Richard facilitates a conversation between two peers who currently work at NSW Health on using creativity to not only connect with other people, but also to nourish themselves.
SPLEWDI member and ACON employee Samara shares some information and tools that can be used to help us connect as humans.
The session aims to inspire those working in Lived Experience workforce roles in the context of suicide prevention to reflect on what might have helped them to feel human again, and how that might be the special quality they can use to connect with others.
